2025-26 JUNIOR SEASON
Awards: All-PSAC East Second Team, CSC Academic All-District, PSAC East Athlete of the Week (2/23)

Season: Rouse started all 28 games and was a productive paint presence in her junior season. She averaged 11.6 points per game and 8.1 rebounds per game. She improved her efficiency at the free throw line by shooting 72 percent. Rouse's best performance came on February 18 when she scored 26 points and grabbed eight rebounds in a victory over East Stroudsburg. 

2024-25 SOPHOMORE SEASON
Awards: Earned PSAC Scholar Athlete

Season: Appeared in 25 games starting 11 of them averaging 23.4 minutes. Shooting career bests in all shooting categories .468 FG%, .364 3PT%, and .644 FT%. Totaling 172 rebounds, seven assists, four blocks, and 13 steals. 

2023-24 FRESHMAN SEASON
 Awards: Earned PSAC Scholar Athlete, PSAC East Freshman of the Year, PSAC East Second-Team All-Conference Honors, Talons Female Newcomer of the Year.
 
Season: Rouse appeared in 33 games in this historic season for the Haven. Finished with a stunning 286 points, 211 rebounds (6.4 avg.), and a .419 FG%. Had a career-high 23 points in victory over Mansfield (2/21).
