2010-2011 : Jones led a 1-3 Haven finish in the 400 meter dash at the Bucknell Team Challenge. Jones won with a time of 48.43… finished third in the 400M at the PSAC Championships with a personal college best of 48.15… also set personal college bests in the 100M (11.31) and the 200M (21.93)

2009-2010: Personal Bests: 200m-21.90 sec...300m-34.8 sec...400m-48.17.

2008-2009 : Indoor: ran the 400m leg for the Bald Eagles’ 6^th place All-American DMR team…helped the 4x400m relay win PSACs…ran a leg of the PSAC runner-up DMR…placed 5^th in the 200m at PSACs…Outdoor: Ran a leg of the PSAC champion 4x400m relay team…finished 15^th in the preliminaries at the PSAC meet.

In High School: County Champion in the 55m, 200m, 400m, and TJ…State Sectional Champion in the 400m, 55m, and 200m…State Group 2 Champion in the 400m…Finished 3^rd in the 400m at NJ Meet of Champions…County Athlete of the Year…Was coached by Sal Rizzo.
