Lock Haven Athletics

2011: Mitch finished a team high 6^th place with a time of 18:10.06 at the Dolan Duals this season. He took 1^st place in the 2011 Division II Challenge hosted by Kutztown University finishing with a time of 26:08. At the LHU Invite he finished a team high 5^th place with a time of 26:18.50 and at the Penn State National Meet he finished in 56^th. Mitch had a solid performance placing 24^th at the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Championships and earned All-Region status by making a top-25 finish.

2010: Finished 12^th at the LHU Invite, 9^th at the Dickinson College Long Course Invite, 57^th at the PSU National Invitational, 8^th at the LHU River Run, 27^th at the PSAC Championships, and 28^th at the Atlantic Region Championships. Mitch will look to be a leader of the team in 2011.

2009: Placed 3rd at the LHU Invitational, 21st at the Penn State National Invitational, and was the runner-up at the Mountaineer Flatlander Invitational in the 10k event...Earned All-PSAC honors with an 8th place finish at the PSAC Championships, helping the Haven to the title...finished off the season with a 20th place showing at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships. 

2008: Placed 42nd at the PSAC Championships…finished 178th at the NCAA National Championships…placed in the top 5 at both the Bloomsburg Invitational and Lock Haven Invitational.

In High School: Earned Freshman Athlete of the Year and Athlete of the Week awards...2007 Section III Cross Country Class 02 Champion...2008 Section 3 Class D Champion 3000 Steeplechase...2008 New York State Division 2 6th place 3000 Steeplechase.

Personal: Son of Nathan III and Calla Miller...Born June 1, 1990...Majoring in Business Administration.
