LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven men's soccer team's quest to reach the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Championship Tournament for the second straight season kicks off this week with a home battle with Frostburg State (Thursday, Aug. 27) and a road contest at Findlay (Findlay, Ohio).
 
The Bald Eagles open the Hubert Jack Stadium home slate at 4 p.m. on Thursday when Frostburg State comes to town.
 
The Bald Eagles are again led by head coach Patrick Long '08, who enters his ninth season as the leader of the program.

A Look Back at 2025
In 2025, The Haven finished the regular season 8-6-4 overall and 4-3-3 in the PSAC West, while reaching the postseason for the first time since 2021, in just its second year back in the Western Division.
 
Ogan was named the PSAC West Defensive Player of the Year and the Bald Eagles landed six athletes on the All-League Team.  
 
Ogan and Black (Forward) landed on the First Team, while Lichtenwalner (Defense), Javier Leon (Midfield), Lawrence (Midfield) and Beck (Goalkeeper) were all named to the Second Team.
 
Ogan was also named a D2CCA (First Team) and United Soccer Coaches (Second Team) All-Atlantic Region Defender.


 
Returning Statistical Leaders
Black paced the Bald Eagles offensively with nine goals and 19 points in 16 matches. Noah Brady added six goals and 13 points, while Camden Marquette recorded five goals, two assists and 12 points. Lawrence was the team's primary playmaker, leading Lock Haven with six assists while adding two goals and 10 points.
 
In net, Beck appeared in 17 matches and posted a 7-6-4 record. He allowed only 16 goals in more than 1,423 minutes, finishing with a 1.01 goals-against average, 48 saves, a .750 save percentage and six shutouts.
 
Incoming Class
The Bald Eagles welcome seven student-athletes from Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland and England.  

Long also announced the addition of Rocco Birns to the coaching staff as a graduate assistant.
