ERIE, Pa. –  The Lock Haven baseball team faced off against Gannon this afternoon in its final away Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Western Conference doubleheader, losing both games 10-1 and 6-5.
Game One: Gannon 10 – Lock Haven 1
Lock Haven scratched across its lone run in the seventh thanks to a Gardner Fravel sacrifice fly.
Kellen Jackson was the lone multi-hit Bald Eagle in game one.
Wyatt Harrar (3B) and Tom Rohan (2B) each secured extra base hits in the contest as well.
Game Two: Gannon 6 – Lock Haven 5
The Golden Knights got the scoring started early, going up 1-0 in the first.
The Haven answered back in the third with three runs of its own, thanks to RBI singles by Braden Cummings and Robert Furino.
However, Gannon scored five runs from the third to the fifth and took the lead again 6-3.
Jaxson Pupo doubled down the line in the sixth to push across a fourth run and then came around to score on a Jerry Lambert RBI-knock to cut the deficit to one, 6-5.
The Bald Eagles were able to put the tying run on base in the seventh but couldn't bring him across.
Cumminngs, Pupo and Lambert each had two hits in game two.

The Bald Eagles will return to action tomorrow, May 1, in the last two games of the season at Watkins Field. First pitch for is slated for 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
